"Quick Tip" is a small sintered piece made of hard metal (WC-Co) that significantly enhances the toughness of the base material surface when applied through welding. Due to the three-dimensional nature of the bonding surface, it has low peeling properties and ensures sufficient bonding strength. Additionally, the wear resistance is handled by the hard metal block, while the toughness is provided by the alloy within the minute gaps, allowing for the realization of a surface that is both hard and flexible, which has been an ideal goal.
